Crab Salad Suspected Illness - Red Lobster, Flagstaff Arizona

I ordered the filet mignon and crab combo. The filet mignon came with a crab salad on top. The crab salad tasted funky but since it was my first visit to red lobster I wasn’t sure if it was just the recipe. Later that night approximately 5-6 hours later I started having stomach cramps. I was sick for 5 days and finally went to the doctor who provided me a prescription for bacterial food poisoning. That is the only time I’ll try red lobster again! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
