Additional information: Mitra d left us at the podium to get someone to clean a table. While waiting to be seated I saw the same guy in the food prep area. He was just in public handling plastic menus. And the next thing he was leaning on a prep counter. Mentioned than to my wife. “That can’t be good “. We were seated at a “clean “ table but surrounding tables were not clean.
