Mine was from there. I had mystery ones from other places in Indiana as well. According to a thread on Reddit multiple across other states reported the same issue. Hershey's is only offering a $5 coupon to those that try to call and complain and give silly excuses, even though people are getting really sick. | Symptoms: Nausea
