My husband and I went to Restaurante Federico in Lisbon on July 11 and about 10 hours after the dinner at 6am I had diarrhea and chills. I then proceeded to have a high fever and awful headache ALL of the next day, completely losing an entire day of our travel. The only dish I had that my husband didn’t is the “ribeye steak”, cooked medium rare (he only tried a little piece of my steak, and felt mildly sick in the stomach). Very disappointing for such a high end establishment. Attached is the photo of the ribeye. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Chills, Headache
