My friend and I are in Panama for a few days. We stopped into Las Tinajas for dinner. I had fried tilapia and she had salmon The tilapia was covered in these strange tasting onions.. We both had some type of lemonade. Within a day we both had diarrhea, liquid stool, stomach cramps and throwing up for 2-3 days now. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
