Closure Date: 08/30/2023During the inspection was found that the walk-in cooler wasn’t maintaining food at a safe temperature, mold was growing on top of a large container of food, employees were reusing dirty rags to clean food contact surfaces and the inspector found food debris and spills on the floor.
