Order steak fajita salad on Friday 11/15 at approximately 3pm. On Saturday 11/16 at approximately 6pm I began having diarrhea. Had it all night then Sunday at 11am while still having diarrhea I began to have violent vomiting. The vomiting stop after 20 minutes but I still have diarrhea to this point on Monday at 9pm. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
