Barbacoa Beef Illness Incidents - Rosalita's Cantina, Des Peres Missouri

Not sure  My husband and I and some friends of ours ate there last night. My husband and one of our friends got the barbacoa beef. Around 2am this morning my husband woke up with stomach pains and diarrhea and vomiting. He was sick with all symptoms until around 1pm today.
