- comments: observed approximately 20 live flies inside the facility. Observed 11 on the walls and dish machine trays in the 1st-floor dish area, 7 in the basement employee washroom, and 2 on the ceiling directly outside of the basement employee washroom. Instructed management to contact pest control for service to eliminate all pest activity from the premises and to clean affected areas. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a). Citation issued.
