Public Health Permit is suspended due to cockroaches infestation. Facility is not approved to operate.
At once, discontinue all food operation (sales, food handling, food preparation, etc.) until such time as the permit has been re-instated and facility has been approved to operate by this Department. Failure to comply will result in further legal action(s).
