Listeria Concerns After Shakes - Ross Dress for Less, Los Angeles California

I drank a couple of shakes the brand is ReadyCare supplemental shakes I purchased at Ross Dress for less on clearance while I was on a road trip to Los Angeles from Bakersfield with my son. Both he and I became very ill throwing up, diarrhea, very bad nausea, I felt horrible. I then went to an urgent care center and to a lab for blood tests I was told I was positive for listeria. I have to take antibiotics and I am told my exposure to the listeria may cause permanent kidney and liver problems. I have tried to contact Ross with a followup but they will no longer answer their phones seems like they are ignoring me. I am very very weak if they will not answer calls. Will someone from Ross please answer their phone or please email me to let me know what's going on with their store and let me know what they intend to do about the whole situation.Thank you for your support, | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Weakness
