Several hours after eating a variety of Chinese food, got very dizzy, vomited, diarrhea, fever. Lasted for 5 hours. Only person in group to get sick. Ate coconut shrimp more than the others. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Dizziness
