I have eaten at Royal Yum in Denton Tx many times. I have gotten sick once before but didn't think much of it. But today 7/21/2025 I went for lunch. I am pregnant and most certainly have food poisoning. I ate lunch at 1pm and started throwing up at 4pm and have not stopped and it is now 9pm. I ordered my usual. Tom Kah soup and Pad Se Ew. I have never been this sick before. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills
