Poolside Food Safety Issue - Hotel, Punta Cana La Altagracia

Good day, I report the situation.

I arrived at the hotel on February 14, 2026 at night and the following day after lunch served in the pool area,

My wife began to feel terrible at night, vomiting, diarrhea, among other clear signs of FOOD POISONING.

I believe the problem originates in food handling in the area near the pools of the Royalton Bávaro Punta Cana hotel, as due to the heat it is very likely that food loses its cold chain and/or preservation.

I have read multiple comments from guests at different times with similar problems at the hotel.

My wife is still under care, trying to hydrate her and still unable to eat, staying in the room. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills
