Resort Illness: Severe Symptoms - Royalton Bavaro Resort & Spa, Punta Cana La Altagracia

Although I had no reason to doubt the cleanliness/hygiene of the resort as it appeared immaculate I did however fall ill 8 days into the holiday with severe abdominal cramps and diarrhoea which resulted in me spending the remaining 2 days of my holiday in my hotel room and not eating. Upon my return home I am no better and have lost 5lb. I have been to my gp who has requested samples and blood tests. I await the results | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
