We stayed at. My son became ill on Sunday night August 4, and symptoms got worse. By Monday night into Tuesday he had severe vomiting, and diarrhea, accompanied by a fever a few hours later. We took an emergency flight back home to the USA to get medical help as I didn’t trust anything there. He still has symptoms of diarrhea. And severe stomach cramping., My son was the only one sick to that degree, but I had some diarrhea and stomach pain as well. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps
