Got food poisoning in Saint Lucia, offset of symptoms started Saturday night and are still ongoing on Monday. Has completely ruined the end of my holiday and has made me very nervous for travelling back home tomorrow. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps
