Walked in to Rubios around 11:30 am and ordered the burrito especial with chicken and on whole grain tortilla. About an hour or so I started feeling nausea and upset stomach. 40 minutes later after the feeling I started throwing up and than an hour after that I had bad diarrhea with nausea. It's 7:20 pm and I'm still doing bad. Think I'm about to throw up again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
