Shrimp Burrito Sickens Diner - Rubio's, La Mesa California

3 years ago reported by user-kwtf3723 business

Rubio's, Grossmont Center Drive, La Mesa, CA, USA

5500 Grossmont Center Drive, La Mesa, 91942 California, United States

I ordered delivery of a Shrimp burrito. I started to eat the burrito and it was a big one. About 10 minutes after eating, I started getting an upset stomach, and nausea, and then ran to the bathroom because I thought I was going to vomit. I ended up with a bad bout of diarrhea and a fever of 102.3°. I immediately went to bed and fell asleep curled up in a painful ball. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

This seems to be problematic. I had an extremely similar experience. I ordered a shrimp burrito (uber eats delivery) from the Rubios (Grossmont location) and minutes after I ate it I was on the throne with what felt like diahea that had the power to launch me into orbit while projectile vomiting into the trash can. Just thinking about it makes me nauseous. In my opinion this deserves an investigation into the persistent nature of these cases. This happened to me about a year ago (circa early 2021).
