“I ate the Singapore Street Noodles and I thought that they tasted amazing. I got home and started feeling nausea and I have been up throwing up since then. I did not eat anything else today that was out of the ordinary besides the food from there.

“I ordered a keto lifestyle bowl at 2pm for pick up. Ate it by 2:30/245. Then I had dinner plans. As soon as I walked into the restaurant at about 6:30, I was feeling off. I ordered water and it wasn’t helping my nausea. I excused myself to the bathroom... and puked. I had to drive home and I pulled over 4x to puke. It was all undigested food. I didn’t eat anything after it. My husband also got it and he also had chicken but his did not have the red sauce nor did it have guacamole or the mixed greens. I’m still throwing up and have had spurts of watery diarrhea all night. It’s now 3am and I woke up to throw uo more water. I can’t keep anything down. My stomachs still feeling horrible. No cramps just feels bloated. ”
“I opened a can of Pampa Smoked Oysters and got violently ill shortly after eating them. I took pictures of the can with it’s code numbers and expiration date. I had and am continuing to feel extremely sick. I have vomited but still remain ill. I AM THE ONLY PERSON... WHO ATE IT. THE ABDOMINAL PAIN STARTED MAYBE 30 MINUTES. “Arrived Jan 30, 2020 with a group of 11 adults. Second day into trip we spent the day at the side pool. Few of us had a tequila shot and mojito. Simultaneously, 5 of us became very ill. Vomiting, could not stand up, passing out and blacking out. We have... no memory of the rest of the day. Only thing I remember is being dragged up the stairs to my hotel room by life guard and other staff member. Thankfully, the members of the group who did not get affected ensured we were cared for. When I woke up, I had hot/cold flashes and vomited bile for the next 10hrs. ”

“Ate on 15/2/2020, 1900 hrs. Four pax. Dishes included oysters, lobster and scallops. Only oysters were shared among the family. Next day, vomiting, diarrhoea, nausea and high fever for all four. Other family members who did not go to restaurant had no symptoms. Previously ate here in 2019 and had... food poisoning. Was not sure it was specifically this outlet that time, but after this experience am highly certain. ”
“We went to the restaurant Sunday February 16, 2020 11:30 , 11 people , two different tables. We all 11 people started to get sick between Monday afternoon and Monday night. We have have one person is vegetarian got sick too, could it be E Coli? ”
