ordered grilled chicken sandwich and when it came I started eating it. It was ok. About 13 hours later I became very nauseated. Had diarrhea and started vomiting. The vegetables on the salad bar looked wilty and stale and this was at noon. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
