We ate a 12 ounce rib eye, petite fillet, and sweet potato casserole. This was the only thing we ate that day. Upon leaving, we started to feel I'll. Around 2am, both myself and my fiance begun vomiting. Her symptoms were worse as diaherra occures at the same time for her. After 6 long hours of vomiting and diaherra, we both were then taken via ambulance to our local hospital. We couldn't walk, we were weak, and severely dehydrated. The ER department declared we both had enteritis of the intestine. In short, food poisoning. Now, after 24 hours, we are still recovering from the sickness we got from Ruth Chris. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness
