I was taking RYZE coffee for at least a month when I started to have diarrhea, no stomach cramps, just diarrhea and it was so extreme that it felt like I was preparing for a colonoscopy procedure. I had to go to the bathroom at least every 15 min. I was dealing with it until I decided to stop taking the RYZE coffee and the next day I was fine. I never went to see a doctor but after reading on here about getting parasites, I will be making my appointment to get tested! Yikes! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

This sounds exactly what i have been dealing with. Been drinking Ryze Mushroom Macha for about a month. As soon as I cracked the second bag open, the diarrhea started. Took me a few days to put two and two together. I didn't have it today and don't plan too again, but the stomach problems persist. Hopefully i get my old gut health back soon.
