I used to take Ryze matcha for a while then stopped for about a month. Started again after I got a new package in the mail. I started getting stomach pains. Tightening of the abdomen. I noticed a connection from every time I drank Ryze to when I’d have abdomen pain so I took some Benadryl because I read that I may be having an allergic reaction. Don’t know for sure if it was the benadryl that helped but after taking it my abdomen pain reduced drastically. I’ve stopped taking it since then. | Symptoms: Stomach Pain, Cramps
