Glad I found this post, I thought I was alone. The only thing hat changed in my diet was me taking Ryze. I did it for about 2 weeks 2x a day. One Friday I started experiencing cramps, since then I've had constant diarreah, stomach pains, I'm afraid to eat cause when i do the cramps and pain intensify. went to the doctor, did a stool test, it's nothing bacterial or viral. I'm going on day 7 and it sux. I hope it passes soon. 6/22/24. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
