Day 2 of taking Ryze- 2 tablespoons day 1 in two drunks, 1 heaping tablespoon day 2 in one drink, my stomach began to feel upset. Within 1.5 hours of feeling sick, I began to vomit. This continued for 5 hours. Violent stomach pains persisted for the next 1.25 hours until it subsided. Day after still fill a little ill in my stomach.
