A lot of pain in the lower back, Pimples under the eyes and constipation, It all started since I took Ryze. | Symptoms: Headache, Constipation, Body Ache

This is extremely unlikely to be food poisoning. Ryze is essentially a supplement and contains active mushrooms which have potential side effects such as gastrointestinal irritation (constipation), headaches, etc. so I would pay more attention to that first especially since you're not having any nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea which are typically all the hallmark symptoms of food poisoning. Regardless, stop taking it, it sounds like your body is not reacting well to it.
