I used only 1 scoop of the vanilla creamer on Saturday for the first time, and another scoop on Sunday. Sunday night I woke to excruciating abdominal pain and nausea, barely made it to the bathroom and had the most severe diarrhea I’ve ever experienced that lasted for over an hour. At the same time, I had uncontrollable vomiting. I was unable to walk and ended up lying on the bathroom floor until I had to use the toilet or throw up again. If I could’ve gotten myself to the ER I would have but I was unable to even stand up. Nothing changed in my diet except adding the Rhyze vanilla creamer. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
