Ordered the chicken teriyaki with vegetables. Only thing I ate all day yesterday. Food was ok chicken was bland even though it was the spicy teriyaki. Woke up this morning uncontrollably throwing up and I have excessive diarrhea. I’ve been resting all day and it has not gone away. I purchased the food around 1-2 pm order number was number 58 on the receipt. Hope no one else got sick from that yesterday. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
