On Sunday or Monday 1/28 or 29 I bought several bagged salad kits from Safeway on SE 38th in Bellevue. On Wednesday I ate the one that was a Bacon Caesar Kit. I was a little ill on Thursday, and on Friday I had a fever that was somewhere north of 104 coupled with excruciating pain in my groin and painful urination. Saturday morning I went to urgent care where they confirmed a raging UTI and started me on Cipro pending culture results. Yesterday 2/6, I was informed that the culture war positive for a resistant strain of E-coli and they started me on sulfamethoxazole-trimethoprim. I am only now beginning to feel better. | Symptoms: Fever
