I went to the grocery store Wednesday evening. Felt finePurchased the last tuna salad sandwich they had. Took it to my friend's place. Put it in the fridge. Ran a couple of errands. Felt fine. Ate half the sandwich. Had my sister pick me up. As within an hour not feeling well. Projectile vomiting and diarrhea all night. Today is Saturday. Been in bed since this happened. Threw out the remaining half a sandwich. Dumb on my part. But have the receipt. if I report it, manager probably won't believe me or think I am trying to get money from the store. I still feel really weak and ill. Having heart problems made this worse .I think. I know it was the tuna. Didn't eat anything else. Just don't want this to happen to anyone else. I have the receipt in my wallet. Just don't have enough strength right now to get it out. But can provide it for verification. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Weakness
