4 year old son , and 12 year old daughter had strawberries , Driscoll's strawberries. Within 4hrs my son had full body hives. Daughter ate them 2hrs ago now has hives starting on lower leg, no fevers no illness in family just ate the same thing. Very concerning. | Symptoms: Other

This looks more like an allergy to the strawberries. Allergies can develop at anytime to anything (just in case you mention your child hasn't had adverse affects to strawberries before). My grandma breaks out in hives just like this when eating them also... Maybe have them tested?
