Ate Safeway’s ground beef and whole family ended up with severe nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, chills, muscle aches and weakness within 24-48 hrs after consuming. Our neighbors also purchased ground beef the same day and reported the same symptoms. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Chills, Muscle Pain
