Severe Stomach Pain After Meal - Sainsbury's, England

After eating about 5 forkfuls of Sainsbury's Chinese sweet and sour chicken I through up everywhere now getting severe pains in my stomach stabbing pains , It's been over 90mins now and I now have diarrhea with extremely severe pains in my stomach, I think I may have to get an ambulance to hospital , I must add that I put the meal in my freezer as soon as I got it delivered as you will see the use by date is 28/11/2024 | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Headache
