I have been rudely woken up early in the morning rushing to the toilet to expel my bowels with mostly liquid and trapped wind. This seemingly only happens every morning before I have had Pain Au Chocolates from Sainsbury’s this week (2.2.24). It’s the only common denominator on those mornings - Saturday, Wednesday, and today Friday. Nothing in my diet has changed. And now I will stop for the foreseeable future to see if this continues. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
