September 5th 2022 - Sushi and sashimi plate was all I ate from my order. Food was delivered via GrubHub, and I started eating it about 10 minutes after delivery. No previous issues ordering from the same restaurant before. Symptoms started around 3:30am on September 6th, 2022, waking me up in the middle of a dream. Symptoms lasted for about 16 hours and included a low grade fever. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
