Ate a late lunch there, I had the Thai salad with avocado. After eating something didn’t feel quite right I thought maybe it was indigestion. By late evening I had extreme nausea and was vomiting. I vomited 15 times within the span of 8 hours...during and after that time I had diarrhea. I became very dehydrated because I could hardly keep any water down. I’ve never felt so sick in my life. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Dehydration, Indigestion
