3:15 7/12/22 Most likely the Romaine lettuce in the salad. However not sure I had the salad at 3:15. Strated having a headache around 4:00. Nausea started around 6:30, was violently throwing up by 7. Followed by diarrhea later. Dry heaves. Still can't hold down water. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Headache, Vomiting
