Myself and 2 others ate lunch at chilis on Greenville blvd in Greenville NC at noon today. We also had a to go meal for another member who could not attend. By 2:30 everyone who ate in the restaurant had begun to experience cramps and stomach pain followed by vomiting, diarrhea, and intense headaches. The take away was consumed approximately 1:20pm and that individual experienced all the same symptoms by 4:00p. The only item everyone consumed was a house salad and no one had eaten anything else today. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Headache
