I was on set for a tv show and they gave us hot salad. Later found out it was from a couple days ago (3-4 days old). I wake in the next morning with bad stomach pain and vomiting and diarrhea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
