About 24 hours consuming my meal. I began having symptoms of food poisoning. I had not been anywhere else to eat during the week or 7 days prior to the 12 th of may. The only thing I can think of which may have caused this would have been the appetizer. Usually this when packaged will indicated if needs to be washed prior to consumption. Unless. One uses a spinner to pull off all evidence of the presence of water which possible however these while green were not wet or moist either this is the reason I believe I have food poisoning likely unclean handles or not washed properly before. Plating ! My main entree was the Mac and cheese. Since it was piping hot any bacteria would not survive once cookedThis was my choice of starters. I was the only person at my table cup choose. The starter. While the other two had some of my starter they stayed away from arugula
