I ate DiGiorno pizza purchased from Sam's Club a couple of days ago. I brought it home and put it in the freezer right away. Had it for dinner this evening and about 3 hours later became violently ill throwing up diarrhea chills. I'm really sick, I was the only one who ate the pizza. It took about three hours and I got really dizzy hurting all over, nauseous, sweating, threw up and had diarrhea, followed by chills, followed by a repeat of all of the above. Just violently ill! | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Dizziness, Chills, Sweating
