Felt fine all day. Ate some sushi from the deli area at Sam's and within 29 min started feeling not so good. Had diarrhea and then vomited. It was the only real food I ate today except for some samples also from Sam's. My husband ate it and feels pretty crappy too! I've never had food poisoning that I know of. And I rarely get sick! Never even missed a day of work due to illness. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
