Additional information: Chicken was purchased on Monday, December 29, 2025. Two bouts of food poisoning from this one chicken. Did not realize chicken was the source until the second time. It was the only food consumed the second time. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
