Cobb Salad Health Scare - Sam's Club, Riverview Florida

On 8/24/2017 my son stopped and picked up a Cobb salad for me. I only eat the lettuce and the chicken. It tasted funny to me so I put it in the fridge thinking I just wasnt that hungry and besides my sons were taking me out to a birthday dinner that night. After eating I within 30 minutes had stomach pain and became unable to focus on contracts I did daily. After about two hours I knew something was wrong.....I took a shower and when I came out felt like passing out.....my heart started beating like crazy and I thought I was suffering a heart attack. I called 911....they immediately took me in and my body started twitching. About a half our after reaching the hospital the twitching was only on my right side. I am following up with a cardiologist. There is a possibility it was a pesticide. I have contacted the Health Department and 10 days later the salad is as green as the day I ate it. | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain, Itching
