I have been buying the cases of Mott’s No Sugar Added applesauce from Sam’s Club (with August 2024 expiration date) to take Benefiber with for my digestive health. I have had terrible digestive issues and continuous diarrhea, and never connected it to the applesauce I use to take the fiber three times daily. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
