Soda Machine Odor Issues - Sam's Club, Kansas City Missouri

I was in there for 4 days in a row had to drink from their soda machines in order to get water. I noticed a foul odor from the water. I do not believe they have been cleaning their soda machines. On a separate but related note every toilet in their bathroom had a ring around it from neglect. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
