Purchased chicken salad sandwich at food court at approximately 5pm on Saturday April 15th. My wife was only one to eat sandwich. She woke up early next morning vomiting. Vomiting and weakness lasted all day. My son and I had Churro and pretzel and experienced no issues. Sandwich was only item she ate all day. Had a bite or two of pretzel and churro. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Weakness
