Severe Reaction to Lettuce - Sam's Club, Bismarck North Dakota

My husband and I purchased a case of the Revol Greens Spring Mix lettuce a few days ago. I decided to have a salad for lunch yesterday and not even an hour later I was having stomach cramps, diarrhea and nausea. My husband took me to the ER after 4 hours of dealing with it and me finally breaking down into tears (I have a very high pain tolerance so me crying over pain is a good tell tale sign we need to go to the doctor). I was in the ER for 3.5 hours and got the diagnosis of severe food poisoning.

I will be throwing this lettuce away, but wanted to make a PSA about it. If you don't want to get food poisoning, don't buy the Revol Greens Spring Mix. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
