My son has food poisoning after eating a four meat pizza from Sam’s Club. He said it didn’t taste right whenever he ate it. We had ordered 2 whole cooked pizzas from the cafe. Whenever I picked them up, they were not even hot, which is unusual for Sam’s Club Cafe because we buy pizzas from them all the time. He specifically said the meat didn’t taste right. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
